    • Provide examples of situations where Typical Groups can be used. Discuss how to edit the product details, apply alternates, unwinding.

    • Provide examples of situations where Typical Groups can be used. Discuss how to edit the product details, apply alternates, unwinding.

  • 1:00-2:00 Takeoff Setup for Proposals
    • Explain the areas that need attention to impact the Proposal. Provide tips on how to construct the Takeoff for a desirable Proposal.
  • 2:00-3:00 Proposal Deep Dive
    • Tips and tricks for both the base Proposal in the system and the Proposal Builder. Sneak peek at the custom report builder in INNERGY.

    • Coffee, Water, Chefs dessert from Lunch
  • 3:15-4:15 Takeoff Setup for Projects
    • Explain the areas that need attention to impact the Project. Go through the trade off between set up for Proposals and Project.
  • 4:15-5:00 Handoff SOP Workshop
    • Open workshop to develop an SOP document to take back to each company.

    • Provide cost info of a potential bid. Have the room break up into "companies" to provide a sales price based on the cost info and company info.

    • Helping determine what REVENUE your company should target based on your labor capacity. Tying this into CM needs to help evaluate Opportunities.

    • Understanding this important metric to analyze Opportunities and help determine the right price.

    • Using sales strategies to better utilize your finite estimating resources

    • Develop tools using INNERGY data to objectively determine your best customers

    • Using the Sales Forecaster to understand how to read the information and use it for sales decisions

    • Using the concepts learned so far, develop an SOP for an estimating meeting at your company you can take back and implement

    • To bid or not… Using a scenario provided let the Sales Forecaster tell you what to do!
  • 9:30-10:30 What if..... Scope Breakdown (CM/Hr)
    • To submit or not, using some examples of bid breakdowns examine the CM / Hr to determine which bid is worth pursuing
  • 10: 30-10:45 Break
    • Coffee, Water, Granola Bars
  • 10:45-12:00 Pricing Game 2
    • Using bid data provided, perform a takeoff, use all tools that have been discussed at this workshop to determine what price you should apply and compete with other groups.
  • 12:00-12:15 Now What?
    • Review of the content, and actionable items to take back.
